Hello Alfie, FYI all detailed information was sent properly to the person that made the reservation, we cannot be responsible if this person didn´t share that information. Your visit was one of the worst experiences we ever had, you put your own safety and the other guests in risk by bringing scammers inside the property who were waiting for you to open the door to take advantage of your drunkenness. Thank God the manager came to dismiss the scammers and let you in safe. You and your friends were disturbing other guest by screaming and banging staff inside your room. How dare you to give a 1 star review? This is just stupid. Thank you for considering not visit us or Alicante again, you make us a great favour.

Breakfast at about cafe takes a long time before you get it and it is only one toast with for ex.egg&bacon included. It is quite noisy at night at the room. The room itself is authentic and I might come back. Not for many nights though
