Hi LP, we are sorry to hear your experience wasn't what you expected. If you write to us on info@activitiesinternational.com giving us the details of your complaint we can look into it, provide you a response and improve the service. For clarity the community centre has been opened for our group to give teachers a space to organise their own classes without having to rent their own office. We do take a small service fee (usually 10-25%) of ticket fees to pay rent and utilities and maintain the premises. This is our business model to enable local knowledge sharing without paying exorbitant fees in specialised training schools.
